Integrated Cards

The form with an integrated card is a special form with a separate tear-off card. The card can be either blank or printed or with the option of reprinting and personalization. The integrated card can be provided with single-sided or double-sided lamination to increase wear resistance or with self-adhesive foil to function as a detachable sticker.
